How quickly can a new restaurant get set up?
Within one week, in most cases. We'll send through trade pricing, run a tasting tray to your kitchen, and schedule a standing slot that fits your delivery rhythm.
What is the shelf life of a SproutGrow punnet?
Seven to ten days refrigerated, depending on variety. Live trays last longer — just keep them in indirect light and keep the soil damp.
Are your microgreens certified organic?
We use organic seed and grow without pesticides, herbicides or synthetic fertilisers. Formal certification is in progress.
Do you deliver outside Cape Town?
Yes — we courier overnight across the Western Cape and into selected Garden Route towns. Talk to us about volumes and we'll quote.
Can you grow a variety we don't see listed?
Often, yes. Get in touch with the variety and we'll come back with seed availability, lead time and minimum tray order.
Do you offer branded punnets for retail?
Yes — for partners with a standing weekly order. We'll work with your design team or ours.
